John also offers facilitated stretching sessions. Don't have time for a 60 minute session, but feeling pain, decreased range of motion, or stiffness? Facilitated stretching can help. Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) is a stretching technique that can improve your range of motion. Many therapists use PNF to help people regain their range of motion after injury or surgery. However, it can also be used by athletes to improve their flexibility (webMD.com). Each session is 30 minutes.
